SAN SEBASTIAN is all about building strength and size around the chest & shoulders + equal emphasis on the legs and power production throughout the lower half.
This one is super simple in design, just 2 days per week. But of course, simple never means easy. Each week is unique and has been designed for you to increase your loads every week... essentially GAINZZZ!
