Welcome to Budapest!!
Budapest is a 4 week Olympic Weightlifting phase. Designed for the intermediate to advanced lifter.
Within this 3 day/ week program you're going to find some decent volume that has been very well placed throughout the days to keep you feeling healthy. While it is structured to have you hitting a heavy Snatch / Clean n Jerk in 4-5 weeks the real focus is on increasing your pulling power and overall strength from the floor.
Budapest is likely to be one of the more unique programs you'll find out there i've seen some really great results come off the back of this little beauty..
