This is the JDTC 55 Day SnC Manual #1.
We could not be more excited to be delivering you this program. Nearly a year in the making. This has been tried, tested, edited and reviewed to deliver a really enjoyable mix of strength, hypertrophy and fitness training in a truely unique fashion.
Within the 55 Day manual you will find:
- Upper Body, Lower Body and Fitness Testing.
- Training Days Rotating Between Upper Body, Lower Body and Fitness.
- Percentages and pacing guidelines based off your testing score.
This program is for you if:
- You have hit a recent plateau in strength or appearance.
- You need a new and unique training method.
- You're bored and are in need of a change.
- You're coming back to training after some time off.
- You're a busy individual that needs structure and consistency.
- You're looking to step your training up and kick some goals.
Originally this training program was designed as a 55 day straight challenge but after seeing the results from completing it straight through and adding 1-3 rest days each week this can really be performed in any fashion and it we KNOW it will deliver some serious results!!!
