Famous for being the largest city in the continental U.S this 4 week functional body building phase is designed to maximise your time in the gym utilising supersets and tri sets.
Throughout Jacksonville you're going to find 3 days of programming each week. Typically 3-4 parts to each training session so there is a solid amount of volume in each session. With a mixture of absolute strength, hypertrophy, power and prehab exercises Jacksonville has you moving the whole session!
This is easily one of the coolest and most varied programs I've put out there. I'm really really excited to see the results coming off this one!
